what is actual meaning of permittivity constant ? How it is different from that of peameability of medium ? Please explain briefly.

• other is the same of magnetic field in any medium.This is because of symmetry
  
• between the electric field and magnetic field that they depend on the medium in which they exist.The both have different units and different relations with their respective fields.Here is a relation between the both for those who are
