q=ne where q=charge acquired , n=no. of e- , e=charge of 1 e- (-1.6*10^-19 C) 
so q=10^20 * -1.6*10^-19=-16C
that implies net charge=-16+5=-11c

Using q=ne, q is the charge on body, n is the no of particles and e is the of 1 e-
Q=-1.6×10^-19×10^20
=-16C
So net charge=-16+5=11C
