1.6*10^-19*10^19=1.6
2-1.6=0.40C
answer is 0.40
and thats it
there is your answer 
which is 0.40C
we multiply the 10^19 electrons given by the charge of the electron witch is 1.6*10^-19
then subtract it from the 2C given and you get the answer
which is 0.40C
