The resistance of an appliance is low when the power rating is high. Which implies, the resistance of the 1000 W bulb is least than any other given bulbs.

Power rating of bulb is given by P = V2/R.
For all bulb value of V will be same because they are connected to same potential difference.
So R \propto 1/P.
So resistance of 1000W bulb will be least.
