Please please IITIANS explain this question to me.I asked this ro many but could not get any satisfactory answer.I have a conceptual doubt alao in this question i.e. how is 8V related to 8 ohm and 2ohm .Is it in parallel or in series.How to know this please please also answer this.

It will have zero charge.
As at steady state it will begave as open ckt.
And therfore the voltage would be zero.
Hence, Q = CV => 3*0 => 0.
