Dear Varshith,

From a 12 Volt battery, one can get two sources of 6V each by connecting two capacitors of equal values in series across the terminals of the 12 V battery. Then voltage across each of the capacitors is 6V, which can be considered as a voltage source of 6V dc. This can be connected to the desired load.
