ya , possible but its little bit difficult , 
if your concepts are clear previously , then you can score over 300 . 
frst of all u need to analyse the prev year ques paper first , then make a list of weak topics from there and go through those topics currently , and again practice mock test questions from that topics . 
and revise things regularly, 
and practice as much as u can .
