Scope in comp. science is so much as compared to metallurgy .at the end it is you who has to perform well.iit brand doesnt matter because you are not getting a good stream there.remember stream is more imp. than college.but if you are not interested in CS, then only go for iit,not just for the sake of iit.
Dont leave CSE at DTU, it is far better than IIT- Roorkee Metallurgy. Also in that way u will loss 1 year
