there are many site..just seacrh..you will find it.!different people have different opinion about it. but by my own experience and most of the teachers sayings chemistry is the most scoring subject in AIEEE. and the all its topics is scoring. especially organic chemistry.. after that inorganic chemistry. in physics waves and thermodynamics, modern physics part is scoring. but question pattern varies every year. so you cant really predict which potion they they(AIEEE) would concentrate. in maths all topics are scoring if you have proper knowledge. this is my personal opinion
