I am going to complete my st d X in ICSE.

I am interested in taking up the iit jee and other entrance exams.

But i am in dilemma whether to continue in ICSE or to change to CBSE.

Which would be better?

If you can manage, change it to CBSE Board it facilitates in IIT-JEE preparation...
