my aieee rank is 23000, and state rank is 2177 in delhi ,,,,what are my chances of nsit and dce

As your state rank is 2177, so chances are bit less that you can DCE OR NSIT , but apart from these you can any colleges under IP universities, but if somehow if you manage to get through DCE or NSIT  then definately you would be not getting your desired branch.
