Dear Ravi,
Start your revision now, once you are done with the complete syllabus. Accumulate wide range of topics to solve multi-conceptual numerical based of different topics. Try not to attempt lengthy questions, instead focus on objective type multiple choice questions, and try to focus on breadth rather than depth of the topic. Avoid starting any new topic.
Now if we talk about the time table then following are the details:
Maths : 5-6 hrs. (4 hrs problem solving and 2 hrs for revision concepts.)
Physics : 4-5 hrs. (3 hrs problem solving and 2 hrs for revising concepts.)
Chemistry : 5-6 hrs.(Same as maths.)
