First of all  Prepration does not depends on books, it totally depends on you, how much you are clear with your topics.

Definately Carrer point Kota's AITS will be good for the prepration but not best untill nad unless you are cleared with all your concepts.

Even askiitians provide their study material and AITS for the prepration of IIT JEE as well as for AIEEE
