dear jahanavi
i know u want to crack aiims , i also faced that tough entrance exam and i am in ..
and in my time table , i gave minimum time required for sleep as per your grade ,
and u need to sleep at least 6 hour , less than that , it will affect your brain and u will not able to cope up with 11^th and 12^th syllabus and thats most imp turning point of aiims .
8^th , 9^th , and 10^th and just foundation , nothing else .
so, donot take pressure from now
