Sir, i have applied request for redemption of 5oo points but still they are not redeemed even after 15 working days.And i want to redeem my 500 points for gift.But why my points are not redeeming yet on askiitians.I hope that u solve my problem quickly.For details ;rishika choudhary, points redemption request=500, total points=537mobile no.[protected]and from 15 days my points are not redeemed .I requested for redemption of my points for the first time.Please solve my query as fast as possible.
