sir,I am doing coaching for JEE(mains +advance) from a coaching institute. .

In the review tests I am only getting 44% to 54% .I missed my classes for a month,when it started, for the preparation of NTSE stage 2.

Will I be able to get through in IIT/NIT

Try to score atlest 60-70% your chances of getting into IIT/NIT will be good.
Join a all india test series for better paper analysis.
