what is the scope of electronics-design & manufacturing branch. i have got it in iiitdm kanchipuram which i think is the only college offering this specific branch. that is why i like it. plz tell me abt the branch and also abt the college. are they good? is the college comparable to nits and other iiits?

this branch has almost no scope because giant MNCs tend to recruite from IITs and domestic companies won't offer u anything more than they offer in a simple government college that's about 3 lakhs per year as it is a new college with ECE & CSE branches starting in 2009.

IIIT is a good institute with ordinary facilities.
