Let a>0,b>0 then both roots of the equation ax^2+bx+c=0 (ans have negative real parts)

Dear Sudha ,

The condition must also include c> 0 as in that case sum of roots  = -(b/2a)  is negative and product  = c/a  is positive . so real part of roots must be negative in that case.
