My Brother has got AIR 932 in OBC which branch he should choose. as per my reserch the best he can get Civil in IIT Kanpur or Computer Science in newer IIT (Ropar, Patna etc) or he may get Electrical /Mechnical in IIT-Hydrabad , Production n Indust. in IIT-D , Mechnical in IIT-Guwahati. So kindly guide us which branch should he choose. Old IIT with Civil or New IIT like Hydrabad or Ropar with good branch like CS /EE/ME?
