I want to know that which one is better - Electrical or electronics engeering, both in iit roorkee ?

I can get admission in both of them.

Also, wheather i should for their 4 or 5 year courses ?

congrats first!! well both the branches dont make much difference you can opt for anyone of that,however I will advice you to go for B.Tech rather than dualo degree as B.Tech opens more oppurtunities while dual degree restricts your limits...but its not bad to opt for dual as its placement percent are better than B.Tech.

go to electrical engg. or civil engg. or mechanical engg..................not to electronics

elecrical is much better than elecronics.

research possibilities as well as packages are better.

both r equally good. dont confuse urself. see the course curriculum and decide one u like better
