I will get Elec Engg at IIT Hyderabad and Ocean Engg at Madras..Which option is better?? Im more interested in EE than Ocean Engg

Dear Akhil,

You should always give preference to stream before branch. As you are getting Electrical Engineering with new IITs & Ocean Engineering with old IITs, then i will suggest you to go for Electrical Engineering with IIT Hydrabad because it is one of a best stream & moreover you are interested for this.
