Do you know what is organ?
Well it is a group of tissues which are involved in same kind of function.
A group of organ forms the organ system.
E.g. nose is an organ but it is part of respiratory system which is a type of organ system.
There are mainle 5 vital organ present in the body. They all are part of certain organ system. These are heart, kidneys, lungs, liver & brain & they form different organ system.
If we count, there are approximately 78 organs present in the body. Some of the examples are
