the capacity of tank = volume(liters) of the cylindrical tank

the volume of cylinder = $\pi r^{2}h$
r= radius = 3.5m       h = height= 2.1m
$\frac{22}{7} (3.5)^{2}2.1$  =   80.850$m^{3}$
1$m^{3}$ = 1000litre
capacity of tank = 80850litres
