the capacity of tank = volume(liters) of the cylindrical tank

the volume of cylinder = \pi r^{2}h
r= radius = 3.5m       h = height= 2.1m
\frac{22}{7} (3.5)^{2}2.1  =   80.850m^{3}
1m^{3} = 1000litre
capacity of tank = 80850litres
