Hello Anu

If you see the NCERT textbook,the acid hydrolysis of the ester is a pseudounimolecular reaction and mainly as you said it is a exothermic process but the pseudounimolecular reaction only depends upon the temperature and not on the rate of the reaction so you cannot change the rate of the reaction by changing the temperatutre since rate remains constant if you change the temperature
