I'm studying in 11th, Feb 20th board exam is there but I want to prepare for NEET , so shall prepare for board or NEET this month , plzz suggest...

in 11^th board exams ?? which board you are talking about ?? 
in case other than cbse , then u must prepare for boards , beacuse , u have 1 more year to prepare for neet , so, prepare for board exams . 
after that ends , go ahead with neet prep . 
u need constant prep for neet , its not the matter for 1-2 month .

No sir,  I'm preparing from day 1 , I'm asking this month shall I drop out becoz  it is karnataka board exam

if you are preparing from day 1 , then u can drop this month and complete this month syllabus , in the upcoming summer vacation , but dnt lag behind . 
still u have more than enough time for that
