Cilia is made of 9+2 arranged microtubules and not microfilament. Microfilaments make up actin and myosin

Cilia is made up of microtubules ,and are covered by an extension of the plasma membrane. They are motile and designed either to move the cell itself or to move substances over or around the cell.
Microfilaments are a small rod-like structure, about 4–7 nanometres in diameter, present in numbers in the cytoplasm of many eukaryotic cells.
