Its very easy you can do it with your daily life materials were fungi grows.
Take a 2pieces of bread name them A and B and allow them to expose to air for 2-3 days.
On B bread piece at its centre use an antibiotic liquid of eye drop of ear drops.
By doing this you can grow fungi on A and on B.
But in B near the eye drop you can see no growth for 1st day.
Later on Bread piece B after 4-5 days you can see over growth even on antibiotic place.
This can be proved as antibiotic resistance after 4-5 days.
Precaution:
1.keep the bread pieces away from exposure to eatables.
