sir,i passed 12th in 2010 with a percentage of 80.i belong to orissa and chse board.now i am preparing for aieee2010.sir pls tell me if i get a good nit then dis one year drop would make a differaence in my job after 4th year b tech in campus or not.sir pls reply.

nearly 90% students take atleast one year drop for aieee/jee, there is no harm in doing so but make sure u have to secure a gud rank to get admission into nit/iit's. I don't think 1 year drop wil make a diff. in getting a job as , in an interview ur personality is judged along with ur past acad. records, if u r able to score gud marks in ur engg. field and possess gud commumnication skills ( which is must now a days ) then , u will surely end up with a gud job.
