let D(x,y) be the unknown coordinate of the parallelogram ABCD. 
since, it is a parallelogram opposite sides are parallel and equal, calculate the distance and equate opposite sides.
AD=BC and
AB = CD
there are two equations, and two unknowns(x & y). hence by solving these two equations coordinates of D can be found.
