both are same meaning , vestigal organs refers to the organs which is of no use in human use , and acc to lamark’s theory – he told in the evolution process these will going to be disappear in the succesive generation . 
u can take the example of pinna of ear , it doesnot have any work , 
and legs in snakes also , but thats beleived to be disappeared years back .
