Fungi and plants both lack centrosomes and therefore use other MTOC structures to organize their microtubules.
Plants are capable of forming a circular loop of microtubules around the future plane of division prior to prophase called the preprophase band, rather than centrosome. Basically-plants don't need it. They have a different way of cell division.

the correct answer to this question will be answer C centrosome, when u compare with other options, chloroplasts are only present in plants,vaccoles are present both in plants and animals but in animals they very small.mitochondria is also present both in plants and animals.where as centrosome is only present in animals. so the correct answer is optionC
