I know number of nodes is 4 on thalamus but don’t know about internodes

The thalamus shows four nodes with highly condensed internodes. These four nodes give rise to four whorls of the flower. So, the calyx, corolla, androecium and gynoecium are modified leaves that perform the function of protection, attraction, production of gametes respectively
