Can you please make me understand world under a microscope??

in microscope , just u will see the magnification of the things . i mean the lens of microscope , will magnify the microorganism , and you can see its cross section and colonies on that lens . 
kindly try it out in the biology lab . 
and u will know everything , else go with the virtual lab .
