For Plano convex lens with one side silvered

Basically the real net equation for the final focal length of mirror is based on net power:

Pnet( equivalent mirror) = 2 P (lens) + P (mirror)

-1 /f (equivalent mirror) = 2 /f (lens) - 1/mirror
