what is the focal length of theone sided silvered lens if the first side i.e. is the incident side is only silvered.

For Plano convex lens with one side silvered
Basically the real net equation for the final focal length of mirror is based on net power:
Pnet( equivalent mirror) = 2 P (lens) + P (mirror)
-1 /f (equivalent mirror) = 2 /f (lens) - 1/mirror
