Say amplitude of 1st wave and 2nd wave is a1 and a2 and their intensity is I1 and I2.
Intensity is proportional to square of amplitude.
So,
a12/a22=I1/I2=25/4
or,a1/a2=5/2
Resultant maximum intensity
Imax=(a1+a2)2
Resultant minimum intensity
Imin=(a1~a2)2
So
Imax/Imin=(5+2)2/(5-2)2=49/9
