Can the properties of critical angle be related with the refraction in a prism i,e,; the applications of both of them?

of course .,
the critical angle in glass`42 degree,
light ray having i>42 suffers total internal reflection,
and the light ray at exactly 42 degree moves out from the interface of glass and air.
