What will happened to the motion of body if the sgin of the force term -kx in equation F=-kx were changed ????

If the force becomes F = kx then the body will no longer execute SHM. It will be continuously displaced in same direction with increasing acceleration as the force is exerted on the body in the same direction as the displacement.
