According to question
Given that

Wave Function
y = 3 /  (2x+3t)^2
Let 2x+ 3t = m
Thus
differentiate with respect to t
2dx/ dt +  3 =  dm/ dt
Thus
y = 3 / m^2
dy/ dt = -6 /m dm /dt
dy / dt = -6 / m (2dx / dt + 3)
2dx/dt + 3 = 0
dx / dt = -3/2
Thus velocity of pulse will be – 1.5 m/sec
