I have not understood the basic concepts of Vertors. Could i ignore thiis topic while preparing for IIT JEE and AIEEE?

The topics of 'Vectors and 3-D Geometry'  weightage of approximately 6% each

if you will leave vector then you will also miss many concept of 3D geometry.

you should not leave the topic. if you are not very good in perticular topic then atleast you cover some part of that chapter so that if easy question come from that topic then you can solve.
