i am a final yr student of nit kkr, and i have friends from nsit, so i can aptly answer this ques.
the thing is that nsit has an edge, with better placements. the infrastructure and facilities of nit kkr are poor. nsit is better in alamost every sense, save coding culture. the coding culture is a tiny bit better at nit kkr.
so if u are opting for any branch except CS, go fot nsit. if you are getting CS at nit kkr, then welcome to our college!

Do you want to join College for respect or for your study ?
If your aim is to get branded . Then why will you loose your 4 years . 
Go and take admission in some farzi college and , Prepare for IAS , you will get more branded , 
Lol, college are for education , not for brand. Both coleges are good . If you take good branch and prepare well, then you will be succesful.
