Hi,
As you noticed, different people have different opinions. I will prefer Bits Pilani chemical over these. Sher Mohammad preferred (who answered before) EEE more.
It totally depends on you now. Both the options are too good. If you have interest in EEE, go for it. Otherwise, Chemical in Bits Pilani would be an great option. Bits Pilani is at par with IIT Roorkee But Bits Goa/Hyd is not.
