It also depends on the category,If you come under sc/st then,then there are chances,but if you are not then cut off is not satisfied,so try top universities which provide you excellent placement,good scholarships,top infrastructure, enhancement in communication skills,

if you belong to sc/st category you have chances
but if you are general then sorry to say that you have not crossed the cut off
