While applying in bits first preference should be given to the courses or the institutes location ie. pilani, goa etc. If i dont get my preferred course in pilani should i try for hyderabad or take up some other course in pilani. Please reply???

Give preference to the course. Reasons:

1. Your course will decide your future now.

2. Whatever be the location, after four/five years you will be getting the same degree as the others. (All students from Pilani Goa and Hyderabad get the same degree).

3.Dont choose the course based on cut offs.

Look for information on various courses on the internet. Look for their future scope. Look for what you will be taught in the next four years.. and other such info. These info can easily be found on the instituts website.

Dont go for location go for your prefered course.
