is iit prep is good or bad if iget iit bombay ,madras,kharagpur,guwahati in preparatory courses rather than going to nits and WHY.as iit have big name .and if i go to preparatory courses than ihave the to study in iits.give some details OF THE PREPARATORY COURSES.

Prep courses in iit bombay or delhi will be a better option for you as you can get in these iits with ease in the following year.

Prep courses are not bad choices , you can apply for iit bombay  or delhi. And yes iit have a big name so it will help you to decide easily as iit brand name will help in shaping your future. In prep courses they will teach you math,physics and chemistry and help you to be at par to study at any iits.

After completion of the course , you have to give an exam and according to your score , u can apply for different courses at different iits.
