We have the equation
2NH3 +H2SO4 ------(NH4)2SO4 +H2O
Since this is an acid base reaction in which 2H+ is removed from H2SO4 and the number of replacable hydrogrn is 2H+.Thus for 2 mole of NH3 2 mole of H+ is added.for 1 mole of NH3 1H+ mole is added Thus the n-factor for NH3 is +1
