The standard electrode potential for zinc electrode i.e, (Zn2+/Zn) is always a constant and thus does not depent on the concentration of zinc ions.
However, if we talk of the electrode potential for the half cell of Zn2+/Zn, one can use the Nernst equation,

if the concentration of zinc ions increases, the value of ln(term) increases,
Since the second term in the above expression is positive, which is being added to the first term which is negative, thus the overall value of Ecell becomes less negative.
