"specific" usually means "per unit mass"
the specific charge of these particles is the charge / mass ratio.
So, a proton has a net charge of 1.602E-19 C and a mass of 1.673E-27kg giving the proton a specific charge of 9.576E7 C/kg.

E means 10 raised to something like in the above one E-27 means 10-27  okay
