Dear as you have not provided value of (a)  and (b)  so van der waals equation can't be applied to this question.
So now we will use ideal gas equation to find the answer. 
Given:
Volume(V) = 20Litre
Temperature (Ť) =27degree Celsius = 300K
Number of moles (n) = 1
Now using PV=nRT
   P= (n R Ť) /V = (1* 0.0821 * 300)/(20)
   P=1.2315 atm
