we have Zn(s) + Cu2+(aq)------- Zn2+(aq) + Cu(s)
gibbs free enrgy =-n FE
where n is the number of electron=2
F is the faradays constant, here it is 96500C
E is the EMF of the cell =1.1V
Gibbs free energy=-2*96500*1.1 J
= -212.3 KJ

The standard electrode potential for Daniell cell is 1.1 V. Calculate the standard Gibbs energy for ... Zn left parenthesis straight s right parenthesis space plus space Cu to the power of 2 ... 2Fe2+ (aq) + I2(s) has E0cell = 0.236 V at 298 K. Calculate the standerd Gibbs energy and the equilibrium constance of the cell reaction.
