The reaction goes like:
 Y     +       dil. HCl -------------->             H2S        +        Y3+
In this case the molar ratio would be the ratio of their valence factors.
Hence,Valence factor for Y => 3- 0 = +3
and
Valence factor for H => +1
Hence, ratio => 3/1 => 3:1
